Who can volunteer?

We take volunteers for on-going and one-time assignments. If you need to satisfy educational or court-ordered requirements, just let us know ahead of time. If you are a college student interested in Library Science as a major or a Business or Creative Writing student who just loves libraries, we have limited internship opportunities available every semester. Why volunteer?

Volunteers are the most important resource a community organization can have. Working for the betterment of the community in which you live is a win-win for you and us! The stereotypical volunteer has changed for the better! We enjoy volunteers who come from all walks of life; teenagers learning new skills, parents and executives sharing lifelong passions, or retirees enjoying new friendships. We hope that volunteers need us as much as we need them!
