Want to try out a new craft hobby before investing personal resources? The Gadgets & Things Collection has take-home craft kits that include materials and a how-to book to get you started. Some kits also include an instructional DVD. Choose from calligraphy, crochet, drawing, embroidery, and knitting kits.
Flip through arts & crafts magazines to find inspiration or a how-to guide for your next project. Flipster is a digital magazine platform that offers unlimited access to titles like Artist’s Magazine, American Craft, and Family Handyman. Access Flipster on your digital device. You can also stop by the libraries to page through or check out magazines like Fiber Arts Now, LEGO Magazine, Watercolor Artist, and Willow & Sage.
