Note: Volunteers and tutors cannot provide legal assistance or advice. The naturalization interview process requires you to provide detailed personal information, but you do not need to share this information with your tutor or practice interviewers. Any information you share is confidential.
Trained volunteers will act as Naturalization Officers and ask you the types of questions you’ll face in your interview. Practice listening to different styles of questions from multiple interviewers, test your English skills, and gain confidence. Plus, get final tips in planning for your real interview!
Three or four practice interviews are generally done 2-3 days before your interview date and take about 1½ – 2 hours total.
