The Poudre River Library Trust is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Bequests, legacies, transfers, or gifts to the Trust are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Poudre River Library Trust funds are invested and managed by the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado (CFNC).
