The Board of Trustees of the Poudre River Public Library District has delegated the responsibility for selection and evaluation of library resources to the Executive Director.
If you have requested a reconsideration of Library resources using the “How’d We Do?” form and received a response that you wish to appeal, please complete this form and return it to the Executive Director at the Webster House Administration Center, 301 E. Olive St, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
Library District staff, with support from the Board of Trustees and in alignment with Colorado Law and Library policy, will follow the established procedure for responding to reconsideration requests.
Responses to requests will be given to residents or owners of property within the Poudre River Public Library District within 30 days. This response is final.
Specific titles suggested for reconsideration will be reviewed no more than once every five (5) years.
A separate request for reconsideration form must be completed for each title or item of concern.
Any challenged library material, program, display or content will remain available to the public during the reconsideration process.
