About 40% of visitors to our website use a mobile device, so we’ve built a responsive website that is accessible on any device with a browser. This means you’ll get the same great experience on a mobile phone or tablet as you do on a desktop computer or laptop and with faster page loading.
Find it Fast
One of the biggest updates we made to the new website is the site navigation and organization. We made sure the most frequently visited pages, like My Account and Contact Us, remained easy to access from anywhere on the site. There is also a “quick links” section on the homepage called “Discover Your Library” that features other popular information and resources.
Another new tool to help you find what you’re looking for is the enhanced “Search” bar. The improved search gives you the ability to use a keyword or phrase to search the library catalog, the online events calendar, or the website.
Discover the Unexpected
There is so much to discover at the library. The new website’s navigation and organization is designed to help you find new resources and services you might not have previously known about. The webpage design features sections that highlight other webpage and resources you might be interested in.
There are pages filled with information and resources based on age: Birth to 5, Kids 6-11, Teens 12-18, and Adults. We also have sections organized by unique user needs and interests such as homework help, business and nonprofit resources, technology learning, job and career resources, and much more.
